Refunds are processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• No refunds for digital products or services once accessed/downloaded, unless proven defective.
